- For best results, apply after foundation, concealer, and setting powder so the powders blend smoothly into the complexion🌙 Start with Omega: use a fluffy angled contour brush, pick up a small amount, tap off excess, then sweep beneath the cheekbones from the ear toward the corner of the mouth, blending upward to create a naturally narrowed, lifted effect.
