Use after toner and serum, before face cream, morning and evening.

Take a rice-grain-sized amount for each eye.
Dot gently along the under-eye area and around the outer corner.

Using your ring finger, lightly tap from the inner corner to the outer corner along the under-eye, then follow the orbital bone upward toward the brow.
Use gentle, lifting motions around the outer eye area (eye corners) to support a more lifted look.
