How to Use

  •  Practice:1 Wash all the ingredients, add about 2 liters ofwater, soak for 30 minutes.2 Boil the lean meat with boiling water.3 Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn tomedium-low heat and cook for 2 hours, season with salt.Optional ingredients: Lean meat / Pork bone half acatty or Chicken (half)Vegetarians can add: Carrots / Walnuts
