- Valmont 法爾曼 澈淨潔膚面膜 一般作為一款「深層清潔面膜」使用：在潔面後塗抹於微濕的皮膚上，停留約15–20分鐘後擦拭並洗淨即可，建議一週使用 2–3 次。
- 基本使用步驟
- 第一步：潔面後，用清水將臉輕輕打濕，保持皮膚處於「乾淨且略微濕潤」的狀態，有助於面膜更均勻貼合和發揮清潔力。
- 第二步：取適量面膜，均勻塗抹在面部（必要時可帶到頸部），厚敷一層，避免眼周及唇部等脆弱區域。
- 第三步：靜待約15–20分鐘，讓成分吸附毛孔中的油脂與污垢，並幫助調節水油平衡。
- 第四步：先用軟紙巾或柔軟濕布輕輕拭去大部分面膜，再用溫水徹底沖洗乾淨，之後按日常流程使用化妝水、精華和面霜補水保濕。
- 使用頻率與適用膚質
- 一般建議：根據膚質和出油情況，每週使用 1–3 次，油性或混合偏油肌可以適當偏向每週 2–3 次，乾性或敏感肌可從每週 1 次少量試用開始。
