使用方法

• Roll the Workout Wonder Ball to target tight muscles in legs, neck and shoulders, arms or any other muscles feeling tense
• Roll the Workout Wonder Ball in circular motions over your tight muscles to help to instantly cool and help ease tiredness
• If you’ve got a particularly niggling pain then also try lightly pulsing the rollerball into this muscle to release the tension away
