- 适合群体：
- 生活忙碌、经常熬夜和睡眠不足：有助减低因睡眠不足令肝脏排毒失调，引致的疲倦、食慾不振等；

- 吸烟、饮食不均衡及长期服用药物：增强肝脏功能，促进整体健康。
