使用方法

• You wear the Strips for up to one hour a day for 7 days. The duration of application can also be shorter, if necessary, but should be at least 15 minutes.
• We recommend you brush your teeth 30 minutes before application to achieve an optimal and even whitening.
• 1. Take out the Strips.
• 2. First detach the “upper” strip from the protective foil.
• 3. Place the Strip below the edge of the gum centrally on the upper row of teeth.
