How to Use
- Apply our Comforting Perfecting Toner with a cotton pad on a cleansed skin.
- Moisten the cotton pad with a few drops and apply on your face, starting from the centre and gently sweeping the cotton pad outward.
- Change pad often until it is completely clean. Rinsing is not necessary.
