- La Mer “Zai Sheng Huo Fu Essence” generally refers to The Renewal Oil, which is a facial oil-type serum. The amount needed is small; the key is to shake it well first, then press and smooth it over the skin.
- Usage stepsUse it morning and night after cleansing and toner, then follow with other serums and face cream in your skincare routine.Gently shake before use to fully mix the water and oil phases.Dispense about 3–5 drops into your palms, rub your hands together to warm it, then press it onto the face and neck, and you may massage as you go.
- Tips and notesDry skin can use it before face cream to help lock in moisture; oily skin can reduce the number of drops and focus only on drier areas.You can also apply a small amount to the ends of the hair, cuticles, or other particularly dry areas of the body for extra repair.When using it in the daytime, you still need to apply sunscreen afterwards and should not rely on the oil alone for protection.
