Thorough Cleansing: After cleansing, ensure the skin on your nose is completely dry, free of residual moisture or skincare

Precise Adhesion: First, peel off the protective film and align the center of the nose strip with the tip of your nose. Press it flat from the center outwards to ensure a close fit to the curve of your nostrils.
