IPSA Refining Lotion E 146ml made in‑Japan wipe‑off toner. It targets stiff and hardened stratum corneum. Formulated with tea leaf extract and five amino acid complex to soften dead skin cells and reduce carbonylation. It unclogs skin and improves absorption of follow up skincare products, delivers hydration and anti oxidation for refined glowing skin. Allergy tested, suitable for dry, combination oily and mild‑sensitive skin.

How to Use
- 1.Use right after cleansing.
