1. Take about 40 cm of dental floss and wrap both ends around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving about 15 cm in the middle.
2. Grasp 1-2 cm of floss with your thumbs and index fingers and pull taut.
3. Gently insert the floss into the gaps between your teeth and move it slowly up and down to clean.
4. Clean all gaps in your teeth in the above manner, using a new piece of floss for each gap.
