使用方法

• Roll the Workout Wonder Ball to target tight muscles in legs, neck and shoulders, arms or any other muscles feeling tense
• Roll the Workout Wonder Ball in circular motions over your tight muscles to help to instantly cool and help ease tiredness
• If you’ve got a particularly niggling pain then also try lightly pulsing the rollerball into this muscle to release the tension away
• A friendly reminder that this product is intended to create a cooling and then gentle warming sensation, if an excessive irritation occurs then we recommend that you discontinue use and consult with your doctor if symptoms persist
