How to Use
- Soak a cotton pad with toner and smooth over the entire face, moving from the center outwards
- Repeat until the cotton pad wipes clean
- For best results, use after cleansing with the Biosource Softening Cleansing
- Milk or Enriched Cleansing Foam (each sold separately)
