I have been using this shampoo for 15mths. I have had excellent results with my hair re-gaining its fullness and thickness. My procedure is wash with the shampoo every 2nd day. Then rinse thoroughly. Apply a very small amount of conditioner or even Moroccan oil mainly on the ends after towel drying my hair. Then I gently brush my hair within half an hour. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent product if you have been experiencing thinning hair and may be loosing more hair than usual. ( be kind to your hair ) kind regards Helen
