• IPSA Refining Lotion E 146ml made in‑Japan wipe‑off toner. It targets stiff and hardened stratum corneum. Formulated with tea leaf extract and five amino acid complex to soften dead skin cells and reduce carbonylation. It unclogs skin and improves absorption of follow up skincare products, delivers hydration and anti oxidation for refined glowing skin. Allergy tested, suitable for dry, combination oily and mild‑sensitive skin. 

How to Use

• 1.Use right after cleansing.
  2.Pour sufficient lotion onto cotton pad (slightly bigger than 500‑yen coin).
• 
  3.Wipe gently from center to outside of face, pay extra attention on rough areas.
• 
  4.Follow with toner, essence and moisturizer. Suitable for morning and night routine.
