How to Use

• Light massage on the top of the hand
• Perform large and alternating movement from the hand to the arm
• Go up to the elbow, and come back to the first position by enveloping the arm
• Massage the back of the hand with alternating smoothing strokes, working from the fingers towards the wrist
• Turn hand, perform massage in the palm of the hand with each thumbs
• Take a finger between your index and middle finger
• Perform circular movements from base to the end of fingers
