How to Use
- Light massage on the top of the hand
- Perform large and alternating movement from the hand to the arm
- Go up to the elbow, and come back to the first position by enveloping the arm
- Massage the back of the hand with alternating smoothing strokes, working from the fingers towards the wrist
- Turn hand, perform massage in the palm of the hand with each thumbs
- Take a finger between your index and middle finger
- Perform circular movements from base to the end of fingers
