We're around to deliver your order safely. However, due to current situation, your order may be slightly delayed and a 2.5% freight surcharge will be applied to your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is FREE when your order is 4 039 руб. or more (after discounts). Orders below 4 039 руб. will be charged 587 руб. for shipping. Shipping costs are converted to your local currency based on the daily exchange rate.
Courier and express shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can also check your order status through our website at any time.

For Standard Shipping (Signature) deliveries, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 days to major cities and up to 10-14 days for more remote areas. Your order can be tracked through our tracking system and a signature is required for delivery. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for your delivery.
If you have not received your order after 14 business days please contact us.
For Standard Shipping (No Signature) deliveries, most customers will receive their order in 10-14 days, however it may take 14-21 days for more remote destinations. A signature is not required for delivery and tracking is not available.
Please note that orders shipped by non-registered post are shipped at the customer's own risk, since no tracking is available for such shipments and a signature is not required for delivery. We do not process claims for losses or damages in such cases. Therefore, we highly recommend that you send your orders via registered post.
Most delivery delays are due to unavoidable customs checks or because no one is home to sign for the delivery. We will refund the extra charge for orders held in customs, but not for delays due to lack of a signature.
For 1836.30, Express Shipping orders are delivered anywhere in the world within 2-3 days. This excludes any time required for customs clearance, which is out of our control. Please note that fragrance or home scent orders cannot be sent via express shipping.

All VAT and taxes are prepaid using this service so you do not need to pay any more once the order is received. This means that there will be fewer customs delays so you'll receive your order faster.
We highly recommend you use this option to send gifts since the recipient will not be burdened with VAT charges and you can confirm delivery through our order tracking page.
You'll also have access to enhanced order tracking, allowing you to see confirmation of your parcel's delivery.
VAT, taxes and duties
We currently ship to over 190 countries excluding France, Monaco, and Turkey.
Effective from 20 April 2020, we will no longer cover VAT claims. In the event that your order is charged taxes or other additional charges, you are responsible for all expense occurred, which is not refundable.
Currently we offer VAT refund for orders shipping to South Korea. We do this on a purely goodwill basis as we are not obligated to cover VAT costs. To be reimbursed for the expense, please collect your package and pay any taxes and keep the receipt. You can then submit a VAT claim through our website and we will refund the amount of the charge. All refund claims must be made within 6 months from your order date.
