1st time user, good and reliable product with good deal

Not as rich as I expected

It’s texture is too light as a balm. I apply it on lips for overnight but the lips are still a little dry and flaky in the morning. Also, with this price, I would go for Clarins lip balm which does a far better job.

Not as hydrating

Shea butter gives me an impression on deep hydration, but this lip balm doesn’t give a satisfactory result. Dry skin on lips still builds up.
